__________

-Sergeant Afphro Dizayk

A former cook from Socorro who’s family fell to Imperial injustices. He joined the Rebellion for revenge, and he was very good at it. Afphro participated in several ground operations before being recruited into SpecForce. He worked with Harlan Brynn’s team for several years before the team was disbanded after suffering heavy losses.

Once the war with the Sith broke out, Afphro returned to the frontlines, this time as a commander. When the Roughnecks expanded, Sarge handpicked Afphro to lead Roughneck Bravo Squad, a post that he retains to this day.

-Chewbacca

The best friend and co-pilot of the late Han Solo,  after the Battle of Endor, Chewie left the Rebel Alliance along with Leia Organa. During that final battle alongside the Rebels, Chewbacca was known as the “Demon of Endor.”

During the battle, Chewbacca personally killed nearly an eighth of the Imperial Garrison, killing many of them with his bare hands after the death of Solo.

Now, Chewie and Leia are operating out of the Millennium Falcon alongside Leia as independent mercenaries.

-Orronea

A childhood friend of Seurg’s, Orronea is an outcast female Selonian – why she was cast out is obscure den politics. (Dacer suspects that it may have been that she’s far more intelligent than most sterile female Selonians, but it’s likely more complicated than that.) She was his technician and mechanic during his swoop racing days, and much of his mechanical knowledge – at least in basic form – he had learned from her.

Dacer had been trying to get Orronea to leave Selonia with him and join the Rebel Alliance, but she always resisted, unsure of what the galaxy outside holds.

Dacer met Orronea again during his involvement with the anti-Sith resistance on Selonia, but the two had little time to catch up due to the constant fighting that mission entailed. When Dacer decided to head into the Unknown Regions to search for his mother, Orronea finally decided to leave her homeworld and venture forth with her old friend.

-Lieutenant Warren “The Quarren” Quarak

Warren was one of the few Quarrens to speak out against the subjugation of the Mon Calamari on Dac, and was exiled for his views. He decided to take his military training and join with the rebels, working closely with Harlan Brynn over the next few years as part of a Special Operations Group under the command of Jouren “Sarge” Harlander. Now a highly regarded SpecOps Commando, Warren is the leader of team RN-A (Roughneck Squadron Team Alpha) doing double-duty as Squad Commander and Heavy Weapons specialist.

Warren bares a long scar down the side of his face, a token from a fierce battle with a Sith Master in the later days of the War.

-Vekker Marth
Marth, during the Galactic Civil War, was the leader of a small pirate band:The Bloodfins, who operated near the Correllian Sector. He and Dacer Seurg first crossed paths during Dacer’s days in the Imperial Academy, when it was Dacer’s flight wing that fought off Marth’s ships from a freighter they were hoping to plunder. They met again after Dacer’s expulsion from Imperial service, this time with Dacer working for Vekker. The two got along fairly amiably, both having a bone to pick with the way the Empire operated. Dacer declined signing up permanently on Marth’s crew, not wanting to spend the rest of his days as a pirate.

They crossed paths several times during Dacer’s time with the Rebels, sometimes working with each other and others against, depending on where the credits were lying. A lesser man might have been infuriated with Dacer’s ability to always come out ahead but, Marth was not a lesser man, instead his respect for Dacer’s skills grew with every encounter — something that came in handy when the Sith arrived.

When the Sith attacked the Correllian System, Marth’s ship was one of the very first hit, only he managed to escape the vessel while the rest of his crew perished. After being picked up by a fleeing freighter captain, Vekker found himself suddenly working for the Imperials after they drafted him in their war against the Sith. When the Rebels and Imperials joined to form the Galactic Alliance, the fact that Marth was now in Imperial service found it’s way to Dacer’s desk . The next thing he knew, Marth had orders to report to Commander Seurg for immediate reassignment to Roughneck Squadron.

After the Sith War ended, Vekker had a brief stint as the CO of Roughneck Squadron. When it was revealed that Dacer planned to head into the unknown regions to search for his mother, Vekker resigned his commission and declared that he was coming along.
